Credit management for b2b, cash management for households with multiple accounts, customer authentication solutions – the new European Payment Services Directive PSD2 will enhance competition in banking and open up countless innovations in the payment-services chain and beyond.
However, will these innovations not come at the expense of competition and privacy? How pivotal could third-party payment providers become, and what will supervision be like? Time for a conversation with the regulators, to which you are cordially invited.
Job Swank Executive Director of DNB, Cateautje Hijmans van den Bergh board member of ACM and Ralf Jacob head of the payment services unit of FISMA, will provide introductions to the topic, followed by a plenary discussion with the panel, in which you are invited to engage. Jeroen Kremers (bunq, Robeco) will lead this discussion.
The discussion will take place at the The Hague Campus of Leiden University (Schouwburgstraat 2) on January 18th from 15.30 until 17.30 hours and drinks will be served afterwards.
Participation is free, but registration is required. Please register here in order to join us.
