The Danish cleaning platform Hilfr and union 3F have agreed on three important changes to the employment agreement: Employee Status, Digital Union Club and Advanced rules on AI and algorithmic management.
- Employee Status: All workers on the Hilfr platform are now classified as employees.
- Digital Union Club: Workers now have access to a digital union space, enhancing their ability to organize.
- Advanced rules on AI and algorithmic management: The agreement goes further than the EU Regulation on Platform Work.
How did this agreement come about? In what way could we learn from the Hilfr2 agreement for our Dutch context? After the presentation of Anna Ilsøe we would like to take some time to discuss the implications of this novel way of looking at platform work(ers). This online seminar is valuable for everyone interested in future-proofing work in a digital world and platform economy, for instance unions, employers, platform companies, governmental institutions and platform workers.
